Demo payments

The current checkout simulates a payment. No money is collected by the portal, so a demo order has no financial transaction to refund. A “mock payment successful” message is not a bank payment receipt.

Cancellation before personalisation

The cancellation window and the point at which handwriting or fulfilment begins are awaiting business confirmation. Before real payments open, this page will state when cancellation is available and how to request it.

Personalised orders

A card written for a named recipient may not be reusable. The business’s change-of-mind cancellation and refund terms after handwriting or posting are awaiting confirmation.

Personalisation does not remove any remedy required by applicable consumer law for an incorrect or defective card, deficient service or another qualifying issue.

Damaged or missing cards

Damaged or missing cards are not eligible for voluntary refunds under our business policy. Please email support@thelittle.love with your order reference and any available photos or delivery details so we can review the issue. This exclusion does not apply where a refund or another remedy is required by applicable law.

Incorrect charges & order problems

If a live payment is introduced, duplicate charges, failed-payment debits and paid orders that cannot be fulfilled will need to be reviewed against the payment and order records. Keep your order reference and payment reference; never share card numbers, CVV codes, passwords or one-time passcodes.

For an incorrectly supplied or incorrectly personalised card, email support@thelittle.love with your order reference and a description of the issue. Damaged or missing cards are covered by the section above.

Review & refund timing

The support response time, refund assessment period, refund initiation timeframe, payment method and expected bank credit timeframe are awaiting confirmation. No refund deadline or payment-provider commitment is represented as final on this draft page.

Any approved refund process will be stated here before real payments are accepted. Statutory rights and any remedies required by applicable law continue to apply.
